We have many rooms that can accommodate small group meetings to large gatherings.

Please include any specifics based on your event or if you would need additional time to setup or break down your event.









    † An active member is defined as a member who has attended and contributed to Holy Nativity Lutheran Church six or more times during the year.

    FiOS Internet: High speed wireless internet is now available everywhere free for all our guests. To join it connect to HNLC Guest and then open your browser to accept the wireless usage agreement.

    Kitchen Use: By law any public event that serves food, the food must be prepared in a certified kitchen. There is a MANDATORY presence of a Baltimore County Food Certified Person. If you have a caterers who bring prepped and ready food you do not need to rent the kitchen. Arrangements must be made in advance if you are planning on using the commercial kitchen in the Family Life Center for your event. Please indicate if you will need the kitchen for your event.

    Sound Services: Audio support is needed for medium to large groups to help everyone understand what is happening. Our sound engineers who know the building and capabilities of the venue can make your event a success. Arrangements must be made in advance if you need sound support or use of any of our built-in audio facilities. Please indicate if you will need sound support for your event.

    Live Web Broadcasting: Live video streaming can help connect those in who could not make it to your event be able to see and hear what is going on. Our video technicians who know the building and capabilities of the venue can make your event a success. Please indicate if you will need live video support for your event.
