Road Trip VBS 2026 – Ready for the Adventure?
Buckle up and join us for Road Trip VBS 2026 at Holy Nativity Lutheran Church!
Get ready for an unforgettable journey where faith, fun, and friendship come together on the open road! This year’s VBS theme, Road Trip, invites children to hop aboard for an exciting adventure with the Navigator and his faithful pup, Scout, as they travel across the country discovering that God is always with us—wherever the road may lead.
Throughout the week, children will explore the stories of Bible heroes such as Abraham, Elizabeth, and Paul, learning how God provided, protected, guided, and encouraged them through every twist and turn of life. As kids connect these stories to their own lives, they’ll discover that God continues to be our trusted Navigator today.
What Can Kids Expect?
Each day begins with an energetic opening assembly filled with music, laughter, and exciting skits featuring the Navigator and Scout. From there, children will travel through a variety of engaging stations including:
Bible Adventures – Interactive storytelling that brings Scripture to life
Creative Crafts – Hands-on projects that reinforce the daily lesson
Games & Recreation – Fun outdoor and indoor activities that get kids moving
Snack & Science Stops – Tasty treats paired with simple experiments and discoveries
Music & Worship – Songs, motions, and activities that help kids learn God’s Word
Daily Challenges & Team Adventures – Fun missions and scavenger hunts that build teamwork and excitement throughout the week
Each day concludes with a closing celebration where children review what they’ve learned, sing together, and discover how God’s love has guided them through another exciting day of their journey.

Road Trip VBS is more than crafts and games—it’s an opportunity for children to grow in their faith, build friendships, and discover that God’s presence goes with them wherever they travel. Whether life feels like a smooth highway or a winding back road, kids will learn that they can trust God to lead the way.

Registration is now open—reserve your spot today!
VBS is open to all children of the community, ages 3–4-Year-old (must be potty trained), 5-11 (entering Kindergarten – grade 5 in the Fall), regardless of religious or racial background.
Student Volunteers will receive service hours!

Due to the rising cost of materials, there will be a fee of $5.00/child and $10.00/family due on the first day of VBS. To register, please fill out the form below by July 15, 2026, in order for us to best prepare for your children’s VBS experience.
