Introduction

Grace, mercy and peace…

Last week I talked about how God is interested in revealing himself to us. This fellowship with God changes priorities because we start thinking and acting like God. When we talk about acting/thinking like God, it brings up the question, what is God thinking about as far as mankind?

God is thinking about taking us out of this misery. God is like a parent.

So having fellowship with God changes our perspectives.

  • Through the act of repentance
    Having fellowship with God begins with the act of repentance. True repentance is true confession followed by real action. Fellowship with God changes our perspective through the act of repentance.
  • Through the act of redemption
    Time is short. God wants us to begin to think as those who have been redeemed from the perishable. Fellowship with God does not only change our perspective through the act of repentance and through the act of redemption…
